I think it's a good idea. Although the current name is unique, it doesn't tell you at all what you sell. Of course I have no good ideas for something either. LOL

I'm not good at thinking up names, but I've always been curious how you came up with ThoughtFish Media for a name - if I stumbled across that name online I wouldn't have a clue that it involved software for beading, tiling, or cross stitch.

At the time I came up with it, I had plans of doing more than just arts and craft software. But I've never made it out of that niche, so it seems like I should have something more reflective of that. Our new software we're working on interfaces with the Cricut to make custom cuts for scrapbooking, which still keeps us in the arts & craft market.

Oh nice! I've seen the infomercials for that and have thought about it!

So are you wanting to keep "thoughtfish" in the name or going completely different.

I think I'm going to drop thoughtfish entirely. I'm thinking something with artist, software, or crafts in the name...

I keep thinking of things but in my mind I think about the software and assisting crafters but then I realize others might take it that you MAKE crafts.
