The New! The Wonderful! Bead Creator 5 Business

Great new features, straight forward, less confusing.   Is anyone else using and loving this new version?

I know I am not good with Change, so I waited awhile to get used to everything before commenting.  Now that I have found all my favorite features and figured out how to do what I need, I absolutely LOVE it ! ! !

Where to start?   The new BC5 has a lot of great features.   I LOVE the way you can mark beads etc with the BEAD MAP in the lower half of the right hand panel.

The Original Image fading in and out is new, and I think I like it.  In some ways it is great, and I haven’t found a down side yet.

The Set Size of Design and the Bead Parameters in the upper half of the right hand panel have gone to the Bead Faerie and are only accessible at the start of a new project now.  The Create Pattern button is GONE!  You have to start new in the Bead Faerie, every time.  This makes much more sense, since you can’t really change things with out starting over again anyway

File Parameters is new and great for Info on your pattern, 3 months later when you don’t remember what beads or bead size you used.  It would be handy to have Beads Size in the status bar with the display pattern info.

The Palette features are super.  You can arrange your columns as you like.  Add or remove them as you want.   Moving color’s up and down is much better.

Now you can Edit the palette saved in the Pattern, add colors as you are working on a pattern and sort them in. without throwing off all the colors off.  This is something I have needed.

I know there more I haven’t gotten to yet, but I just wanted to comment on how good I think this upgrade is, and Say THANKS to Andrew, and to Susan for all her work and input.
