Creating beautiful beadwork with BeadCreator

Version 5 Publisher

I'm not happy with this version at all! Is anyone else having issues with this new version?

Us that came in with no prior versions and no prior experience have nothing but a nightmare. There is no manual and there are numerous glitches that should have been taken care of before it was released. I'm frustrated and upset I can ever use a program I purchased. It's like buying a car without a steering wheel. Now I have a glitch in the PDF icon file. It has a check next to read only and no matter what I do, when I go back in, there it is. I read some really good things about BC4 but 5.........I don't know. I think I'll go back to buying my pattern elsewhere.

Instead write to Andrew direct using the link on the right side of this page or go to support and put in a ticket for help.
Ask him to send you version 4 so you can get the manual for that and be learning the basic program before trying to jump into 5 with no guide to help.
The program is worth it in the end even with a bit of trouble at the start.

If you need help, open a support ticket at http://tickets.thoughtfishmedia.com - I monitor all tickets, conversations and versions. No one waits longer than a few hours for help, and I never leave the office, so I know tickets are being answered. I'm also doing remote installs for free, when you get stuck. To say that you're not getting the support you need is simply untrue.
