Hi Everyone,

Am I missing something here?

I received an emailsaying I had been sent a message on this forum by a mr mordzifa, frank who I have searched for without any results. Search says "not found", am I right in assuming that this person is no longer a member?

I am wondering if I missed the message somehow, I have looked everywhere, but then again being new I haven't worked this site out fully yet.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you

Hope everyone in Oz has a very happy Christmas and are not affected by the bushfires and floods.

Can someone help me regards this BeadCreator Evangelist Program. I was under the understanding that if I made the payment of $100, I would have my BeadCreator Professional updated a lifetime. The above concerns me regards a payment of $500..I feel confused and worried that the promise given me when paying the extra $100 asked for, will not be kept. I never get any updates for my software any way and makes me feel disconnected somehow.
I am so puzzelled over this new email and all it has to tell...scary stuff somehow!

Hello All,

The fires around my area have caused such sadness, although we are able to realise just how lucky we have been around here. Many of this towns folk have families who have lost everything as well as losing members of their families. The town mourns for all who have lost as a result of such a huge experience.
We rely on the one T.V station that is left for viewing and each evening has bought greater sadness.
Over 180 people perished in the fires and the count is not over.
I pray any fires will end. Hopefully the steady drizzle we are having right now will benefit and help the fire-ies.

I went to click on my Toolbar to bring my Beadcreator Page up and my toolbar has disappeared can anyone help me find where I download the file please!

Not so cheerful.

Hi all,
I am glad that none of you are caught in the worst areas of the fires (and floods for that matter). Here in Canberra the sites and sounds on the TV and Radio are all too familiar, although thankfully in our terrible 2003 fires we did not have such a dreadful loss of life. And to think that some of them were deliberately lit - I hope that they find the mongrels and string them up by the b***s. One of the local Radio Stations started a donation dirve and so far the Canberra Community has already filled two shipping containers full of donated things to send down to Victoria - I am sure more will be going from all over Aust.

Sadly I just heard on the news that the death toll is now 128! It is incredible, I do have family and friends in parts of Victoria but thankfully they are all safe and accounted for!
Keep well everyone.

Hi Julie and Beverly, the death toll is now 108 and the homes lost is 750 at last count. I am praying for all of the people in those areas that are affected. We can only hope that it will be all over soon. So that the people can start rebuilding their lives and hopefully there wont be too many more lives lost.

Hi everyone
The fires in Victoria are devastating but we also must spare a thought for the people who live in northern Australia as they are under water up there. Lives have been lost as well.
Here in South Australia we have just suffered through the worst heatwave in known records with the temperature being over 40' every day for two weeks. Thank God our state did not burst into flames as well.
But the true Aussie spirit has come through again and all states are sending help to both areas.

Hello Amanda,

I am pleased to learn all is fine with your family. I have been online trying to find where we can donate and found nothing. I did find the Salvation Armies donation number, but cannot get through...

I found a forum where people around/nearby those areas are posting the latest regards the fires...and the posts read like a memory of yesteryear, when connection ment riding horse back for hours to get a massage through...the voices behind the type ring purely Australian, their words infinite traces of B Paterson and H Lawson at their best.
Sad, how it is such happenings that awaken or is it, make known, the true personality of the Australian spirit? Over eighty have perished, 700 homes gone, and I've not seen count of the loss of animals...it all feels too sad.
The fires near Mirboo/Bolarra are only 15 k's from here and I am thankful for the fire-ies who have kept them contained.
I hope my sharing my concern is not a worrisome thing for you.

Julie
