Creating beautiful beadwork with BeadCreator

Colour portrait

My first colour portrait. This is all I can show in order to respect the wishes of those in the portrait. But it's coming along well.

Thank you for the lovely comments Susan. I answered your questions in a message as it would have been quite lengthy to put here :)

One more question, if I haven't used up my quota...since you obviously have a lot of experience under your belt, I don't suppose you've figured out how to create a custom palette, have you?  Thanks again, Susan.  Oh, by the way, I think the beaded juice box in the right side background is truly remarkable!  Just kidding, just kidding.  And, truly the last remark, how about an updated picture?

Fantastic!!!!  Wowsers, and otherwise GREAT!  Tell me, please, all you can about the size, the number of bead colors, and most imporatantly, how did you get your faces from the default BC greens and greys to otherwise nice colors of people that look alive, not having yet gone to their great reward?  I've been working on portraits forrrrreverrrrr and finally gave up and decided I should have started the piece BEFORE my father passed away (not to worry, he'd laugh at that remark).  Thanks in advance, Susan
