You need to check your bead parameters.For size 11 Delica's the width should be .05 X .0667 Hieght. When I did a blank bead canvas 2 in. X 5 in. it was 40 columns by 75 rows.

i know there are times when the beads change colors if you have tried to open a palette other than the one that is saved with the file. are you opening up the file "as is" or are you trying to open a palette with your design? just a thought.

Thanks for you kind words and glad you like my stuff.
I sell the directions/instructions for making a loom that will allow you to make an item without all those pesky thread ends if you do the math right. It is available at my Etsy store at the address below. If you have any questions about it let me know.

The price is only $4 but you need someone handy with tools like screw driver and drill to make the loom. It is worth doing, I think, and is the one I use mostly now. It can be made even other sizes that the one shown but this one would do a tapestry of about 16" wide and about 24" tall or much smaller too.
