Hey thanks for the tips. I have spent so many hours trying to figure this out that I'm burnt out. I have just thought about opening a ticket. May do that. Didnt really know if it was a glitch. You r too kind to spend ur valuable time telling me how to use this forum.
You inquired about ArtFire. My experience wasn't very good. Someone complained about my listings saying that they were listed like an auction and ArtFire sent me an email in a threatening way, i.e. you either change the listing immediately or we will cancel your subscription. I didn’t like the way they handled the situation so I told them I was pulling all of my 276 listings and wouldn't be doing business with them at all.
If they had handled the complaint in a seller friendly manner, I would have jumped over hoops to make that happen.
Prior to that, I have had a lot of good experience selling on eBay and on Bonanzle and still do.
Hi there, thanks for your help...I am on the complete opposite part of the country from you. I am in Florida, in a rural/agri area and my internet stinks too....I will try to contact someone about the date of the new program. It seems to me that something is wrong with this site or it might just be my connection....I tried to go into the chat area and saw 4 others in there, but didn't get a reply to my question and didn't see any of their chat. That sounds good, getting in touch. It was nice that Andrew was able to help you. He did give me a heads up about putting my computer on Run as Administrator and that has helped some. Lots to learn,that's for sure!
