I bought this when it was version 1.1 years ago, when all you got was a tiny little booklet with a cat on the front! It was real easy to use, I upgraded and upgraded and then got the lifetime upgrade. But I was really ill and did not use it or keep up with the upgrades. Purely due to being ill. I came back and found this huge expanded Beadcreator Facility. I emailed Andrew and he was very helpful, as I have a brain injury and find all the terms and all the new stuff a little daunting. However, I am sure that Andrew will sort out your problems soon. I think that they are just really busy because there are so many people using the software now and that there has just been a very big new release in Version 5. Bear with it is worth it! I could not even remember my original log in details! Andrew helped me from start to finish to get back up and running. Over the years he has helped me many times when I could not remember things and have changed computer etc.. Good luck Debs
