"Brenda, the longest needle I know of is the 5-1/2" big eye. The longer one was made by my hubby and it is good for maybe 6" width because it is made of thin, strong wire and is a bit flexy at 8" long. So by the time you have it…"

I tried to make a pattern but it automatically added colors and there is too much green. I've just got BPC loaded into my computer and I'm trying to figure out how to get the palettes and create my own It's a learning curve but I like it

Thank you Zorro is male St. Bernard, I didn't have a picture of me to put in so I thought that he would be good. I've been trying to make a loom work pattern of this picture

Donna, thanks for the information. I'll get on it within the week; too many things on Monday and Tuesday. Hey ... I have a cousin in Ellensburg WA I may be visiting (depends on how quickly she gets back to me with a yes or no answer), but then will head down to Bend, and on to Plush (sunstone is there). If I'm within an hour's drive of you and your group, I could make a stop there, it wouldn't be anything to drive that. Here in AZ, I have a 300 mile r/t for many of my dr. appts.

Let me know.

Hope you and everyone else are having a happy Easter (where does the bunny fit in?). Yesterday, I saw a lady with a bumper sticker on her car that said "put Christ back in Christmas" so I said "and put Oestera back in Easter." She just stared at me. I get that a lot.

Mom says I was a difficult birth too.

Dear Donna, Have a great place for you to go for Delica Beads and size 15 should you want - go to Whim Beads - you will find extremely good prices in the beads and they give 3 different price breakdowns on the number of tubes you order. In April of last year I went crazy and ordered over $400.00 worth of beads from them. They have some of the most beautiful beads I have ever seen and they really add to my beadwork. The other place I have found to have beautiful beads (but they run a bit more than Whim Beads so compare prices) is Caravan Beads. Have you posted any pictures of your work? I have recently designed a pattern to do Christmas ornament in memory of my belove Rottweiler, Sandee, who I lost in December of last year - she was my beloved companion from the time she was 7 weeks old until 12 years - I feel like a ship without its rudder. Do your friends still live in my area? Always Barb

Dear Donna, Thank you so much for the compliment. I truly love beading and it is something I have been doing as a business for 16 years now. I have had a few people ask me if I sell my patterns - for my medallion work I let the beads talk to me as I go - I never draw anything out for them. I sometimes create earring patterns on paper and then modify as I work them. Where in Oregon do you live Donna? Do you ever buy from Baker Bay Beads in Dorena, OR? They are really good people to deal with - I primarily work in size 15 beads and purchase them, Japanese needles, nymo thread (big spools) and Thread Heaven from them mostly - they have really good prices. Check them out. I live out in the woods near Yosemite National Park (I am Miwok/Chukchansi descent). Would love to hear back. Have a wonderful day. Always, Barb

Hey, I'm liking the energy about the retreat. I'll write you offline in a bit, or tomorrow, about my thoughts, (aren't you THRILLED about THAT prospect?)

Take care,
