Thanks! I was actually was inspired by the colors. This piece was for a color challenge, so the colors were already picked for me. I knew when I saw the turquoise pieces that I want to use them, but I never really know what it will look like before…

OMG!! Very Pretty. What inspires you when you first start a pc like this? Is it a certain stone, or color of seed bead? Do you drawn out a design first.? What is used for the back of the pc? Anyway... I love the pc.

I love your embroidered collar Woman in White. I do bead embroidery also. Took a class with Sherry Serafini and have been hooked ever since.

Did you ever think of making up patterns and selling them. A project can take you days to make and you can only sell it once. A pattern can also take days to make but you can sell it a million times.

I imagine that one day I will die and when they break into my apartment, they'll find necklaces from floor to ceiling. Someone will make an exhibition and will make a fortune on my work - rather like Van Gogh's work. I invest a lot of money into these necklaces - not just the beads and crystals themselves but into the metal elements and clasps which are custom-made for me out of silver or gold. The clasp on the Louis XV is studded with 24 tiny rubies. When I have more pieces, I'll make a small video and post it on UTube. I've searched the Internet but I don't find competition to my work. There is a lot of nice work out there but not quite like mine. I'll keep going as long as I can afford it......and have the support like yours!

Hi Gretchen
Thanks for the compliment! The Louis XV took me two years to make because I could not fid the right solution for the neckline. Every time I did something the end result would pull or buckle. After three tries, it finally worked.
Thanks again,
Aja
