Excellent Customer Support

I have to say, since Andre started the Tickets a few years ago, I have always had excellent response to my requests and questions.  Since version 5, their have been few problems, and what there were, were promptly fixed.  Also, he has been very responsive to making small changes to his BC to accommodate my specific requests.I have had Beadcreator since 2003 and love it.  I think it is the best Beading Software available.Marcia…See More

"Hi Brenda,  I suppose a tablet would be better, but a kindle is big enough.  I never use a word chart, guess I think more visually.  That is why I like to work off my computer screen.  With 30 or 40 colors, a graph just…"

Bead Working from the Computer Screen with Beadcreator

When I have a small pattern with clear color changes, I will print and work from the printed pattern, But when I have a large pattern, many colors, 40 or 50, and the colors are so close you can’t really follow on the graph and need the large graph with numbers or a word chart, I very much prefer to work off my computer screen

I have a Laptop which is usually in front of me on the table where I bead. I find it convenient to have my pattern on the screen in BeadCreator, enlarged to…

Joan Thanks for the info on where I could find the pattern. It happens that I aready have 2 of Suzanne Coopers Books, but didn't realize this was one of heres. I am going to get her E-Pattern book. No, It would not have been right for you to give or sell it to me.

You did a beautiful job on the piece you did.

Thanks again Marcia

Absolutely stunning, love the colours. Still saving towards a computer, so have had my beadcreator program for months now and have not got started yet. But all these beautiful pieces are such an inspiration, that I will persevere saving despite all the impediments. Thx Vins

Hi Marcia
Everythings going ok now. Was really slow for Tuffy this year but work is picking up finally. I've been pretty buzu, started a parttime job in April, beading and weaving when I get a chance. Keeping the house, garden and yard up, as well as all the critters.
Your lucky to be in Williams right now, it has been really hot this year, more so than usual.
I let my website go, will try something different when I can. It was getting traffic but not promoting any sales, so just couldn't justify the cost right now.
I'm glad everything is going well for you guys. Have you decided whether your going to try the shows in New Mexico? I remember you were talking about it.

Hugs
Rhonda

Hi Marcia, I just came across a conversation that mentioned that you use size 15 delicas. I was wondering if you have a palette that you may be willing to share.

Hi Marcia!
I understand we share the admiration for beautiful stones and their qualities. That Pieteresite Pendant is so wonderful! And I'm thrilled to see a new stitch (at least for me), The Potatowama Weave. Nice!
